Head of Supply Chain EMEA will take a leading role within the Justrite EMEA team and work across all EMEA sites to achieve the business goals assigned to this position in alignment with business unit strategy. Reporting to the Head of Operations & Supply Chain, with a matrix relationship to business unit leadership, this role is primarily responsible for the implementation and management of strategic sourcing aspects including key supplier relationship & performance management, localization, make or buy, sourcing productivity (PPV), inventory optimization including inventory turns and DIOH and driving Project Elation by ensuring a <95% PFR for A products.

The ContributionYou’llbring to this Role:

The Head of Supply Chain EMEA owns the strategy, performance and transformation of Justrite's end-to-end EMEA supply chain, balancing customer service, inventory, cost, capacity, working capital and supply risk. The role leads regional S&OP/IBP, strategic sourcing, demand and supply planning, inventory optimization, supplier performance and supply-chain network strategy, while building the organizational and digital capabilities required to support profitable growth.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in a leading role in supply chain management in a production and warehousing environment, preferably with experience in a global manufacturing company. This individual will lead and develop the regional supply chain team while ensuring compliance, supporting operational excellence, and helping the organization to continuously improve in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

WhatYou’llDoat Justrite:

  • Lead the EMEA Supply Chain strategy, objectives and programs for the business units in the EMEA region. Ensure the end-to-end supply chain (inbound and outbound logistics) is managed to meet forecasted demand and orders are received on time and in full for the materials and products as per Project Elation and PFR.
  • Lead the EMEA S&OP process, integrating commercial demand, supply capability, inventory, capacity and financial plans to create one aligned operating plan across the region.
  • Develop and maintain an EMEA supply-chain risk and resilience strategy, identifying critical supplier, material, capacity and logistics risks and implementing appropriate mitigation and business-continuity plans.
  • Accountable for progress and reporting of KPIs targets including (but not limited to) Inventory Turns, OTD, DIOH, PFR, PPV (and other potential cost optimization), and supplier quality. Counter measuring (A3) and execution of improvement plans.
  • Drive the EMEA supply-chain digital and analytics roadmap, improving data quality, planning capability, visibility and decision-making through ERP, BI, planning tools and appropriate automation. Optimize end-to-end supply-chain performance by making fact-based trade-offs between customer service, inventory, cost, capacity, lead time and supply risk. Develop and implement inventory control methods such as Kanban supermarkets across all sites.
  • Take part and lead continuous improvement kaizen teams.
  • Work and collaborate cross functionally with senior members of the global supply chain team sharing best practice and leveraging regional and product knowledge.
  • Build a high-performing EMEA supply-chain organization through clear accountability, talent assessment, succession planning, coaching, capability development and appropriate organization design. Support the sales department with planning, execution and all other operational issues regarding the inbound supply chain
  • Manage all operational issues related to the inbound flow and outbound drop shipment flow to our customers all over the world
  • Represent Supply Chain in new product introduction, product transfer, phase-in/phase-out and SKU rationalization decisions, ensuring supply readiness and managing inventory exposure.
  • Strategic Supply Chain Leadership - Develops and executes the EMEA end-to-end supply chain strategy aligned with business-unit and global objectives.
  • Demonstrates strong commercial and financial acumen, translating supply-chain decisions into measurable impact on working capital, gross margin, operating cost, customer service and EBITDA. Strategic Sourcing & Cost Optimization - Drives sourcing productivity and PPV through supplier strategy, negotiation, cost analysis, and regional/global leverage.
  • Operational Excellence and Continuous Improvement – Proactively identifies and implements improvements using Lean, Kaizen, A3 problem solving and HLS methodologies to improve cost, flow, service and efficiency.
  • Change Leadership & Execution - Acts as a visible change agent who converts strategic initiatives into sustainable processes across multiple EMEA sites and drives adoption through accountability and stakeholder engagement.
  • Demand, Supply & Materials Planning - Balances forecast demand, customer orders, production requirements and material availability to achieve high product fulfilment/reliability (PFR) and OTIF performance.
  • Data Analytics & KPI Management – Uses BI, live operational data and statistical analysis to manage KPIs including PPV, inventory turns, DIOH and PFR; translates performance gaps into measurable corrective actions.
  • Cross-Functional & Global Collaboration – Works effectively across Operations, Sales, Commercial, Finance and global Supply Chain teams, aligning competing priorities and leveraging regional/global best practices.
  • People Leadership, Coaching & Development – Leads, mentors and develops regional supply chain specialists and buyers, building capability, accountability and a high-performance supply chain culture.
  • Supply Chain Network & Footprint Strategy: Develops and optimizes the EMEA supply network, evaluating regional vs. global sourcing, make-or-buy decisions, supplier footprint and capacity to improve cost, lead time, service and supply resilience.

Position Requirements:

  • BS/BA degree in Supply Chain Management or relevant field required.
  • 10+ years of progressive supply chain experience, including significant experience in manufacturing/production and warehousing environments.
  • Minimum of 5 years in a senior supply chain leadership role, preferably with responsibility across multiple sites, countries or business units.
  • Demonstrated experience operating in a multi-site, international or EMEA environment, with the ability to work effectively across different countries, cultures and functions. Global organization experience preferred.
  • Strong end-to-end knowledge of strategic sourcing, procurement, demand and supply planning, inventory management, materials management, warehousing and inbound/outbound logistics.
  • Proven track record of improving inventory turns, DIOH, working capital, PPV and product/service availability, including experience with ABC-XYZ analysis, Kanban or similar inventory optimization methods.
  • Demonstrated application of Lean/continuous improvement methodologies, including Kaizen, A3 problem solving and structured root-cause analysis.
  • Proven ability to lead and develop supply chain teams, influence senior stakeholders, lead cross-functional initiatives and successfully implement organizational and process change.

Objectives:

  • Strengthen relationship with Notrax supplier in Asia
  • Explore increasing the length of the matting rolls shipped from US
  • Explore together with US and Asia supplier to make Notrax products more environmentally friendly and REACH compliant
  • Define margin improvement plan and investigate whether local sourcing in Europe would help improve margin profile
  • Analyze production of Cabinets Type I and II with current Asia supplier or EMEA supplier
  • Assess safety stock levels and adjust where needed to improve reliability of supply chain

Compensation:

The compensation will be commensurate with experience. Additionally, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan to enhance their overall total compensation package when Justrite Safety Group and their business units achieve annual business and financial targets.
