Job summary

Justrite Safety Group is seeking an experienced Operations leader to optimize warehousing, inventory and end‑to‑end supply chain across multiple sites. You will drive lean initiatives, manage KPIs, and partner with sales to solve operational issues worldwide.

The role requires strong leadership, English fluency, and a track record of delivering improvements in complex industrial environments. Barendrecht location with flexible hours and remote options.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain & Logistics Management or Operations Management.
• Minimum 10 years warehouse/operations management experience.
• Experience leading multi-site and international operations.
• Fluent English; Dutch and Italian are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and resolve customer complaints while providing sales support to internal and external customers.
• Monitor inventory levels, oversee stock replenishment and quality of inventory.
• Lead and mentor the regional supply chain specialists and buyers.
• Manage all inbound and outbound flow to customers worldwide.
• Drive lean, continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
