Job summary

Trustpilot is seeking an Associate Customer Success Manager to own a portfolio of up to 400 Benelux accounts from onboarding to advocacy. You will drive product adoption, strengthen customer health, reduce churn, and maximize value, serving as the primary contact for onboarding, usage, and value realization.

Qualifications

• Experience in onboarding and adoption of products for a portfolio of customers.
• Strong communication across multiple stakeholder levels and ability to build trust.
• Proven ability to manage a high-volume portfolio and prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Lead post-sale onboarding and setup across a portfolio of up to 400 accounts.
• Drive product adoption and measurable value for customers.
• Maintain customer health and proactively address risks to reduce churn and improve renewals.
• Drive customer satisfaction and advocacy and contribute to case studies and testimonials.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and other teams to relay customer feedback.
• Maintain accurate health metrics and CRM records for visibility.
