Job summary

Lever, Inc. is seeking an AI Technician based in the Netherlands for a remote role focused on research, deployment, and optimization of AI, automation, and data-driven technologies across finance, operations, and more.

You will integrate and optimize platforms for invoice automation, forecasting, and bookkeeping, while building AI-powered dashboards and ensuring secure, scalable deployments.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with AI/ML technologies, automation platforms, data processing, or systems integration.
• Strong understanding of AI models, automation workflows, APIs, data flows and business tech systems.
• Experience implementing or integrating business applications across finance, operations, or related functions.
• Familiarity with Zapier, Make, Power BI, Looker Studio or similar BI/automation tools.

Responsibilities

• Research, assess, and recommend emerging AI technologies and automation solutions that deliver measurable business value.
• Deploy and optimize AI models, automation tools, and integrated workflows across functions.
• Integrate platforms for invoice automation, reconciliation, forecasting, and bookkeeping.
• Connect POS and accounting systems using automation platforms such as Zapier, Make, or similar.
• Develop internal AI dashboards using Power BI or Looker Studio to provide performance insights.
• Streamline financial data flows, including bank transactions and accounting processes.
• Provide technical support, training, and clear documentation for AI-powered workflows.
• Monitor AI systems, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance and scalability.
• Collaborate with finance, operations, customer support, marketing to embed AI in day-to-day processes.
