Weaviate is seeking a Working Student Finance to support day-to-day financial operations while exploring automation with AI tools. This remote-friendly role is designed for flexibility and ongoing contribution to the finance function, ideal for a student near completion of a finance-related degree.

In this position, you will handle AP/AR, oversee inquiries, and help optimize processes using tools like Pleo, Ramp, and AI assistants. Strong Dutch proficiency and proactive mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
• At least 1 year of accounting experience.
• Proficient in Dutch accounting and banking systems.
• Experience with AI tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable (invoices).
• Manage queries in the central finance inbox.
• Execute tasks in expense management systems (Pleo and Ramp).
• Identify opportunities to automate financial operations using AI.
• Support the finance team with day-to-day operational and administrative tasks.
