Lever, Inc. is seeking a Strategic Operations Specialist based in the Netherlands to streamline critical workflows, manage deal-sourcing support, investor communications, and documentation.

As part of a remote team, you will own processes, coordinate calendars, improve repeatable workflows, and leverage AI tools to summarize data and accelerate decision-making, while maintaining confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Experience in operations, executive support, administrative coordination, or related field is valuable.
• Ability to anticipate needs, manage follow-ups, and move projects forward independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with investors, partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when working with CRM records, financial documents, and data.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound inquiries from prospective searchers and investors with prompt, professional responses.
• Maintain and organize CRM records for accurate pipeline data.
• Organize financial documents to support decision-making and information access.
• Support deal-flow operations by tracking opportunities and follow-ups.
• Coordinate leadership schedules, meetings, and follow-ups.
• Identify upcoming needs and take ownership of follow-ups and coordination.
• Research opportunities and prepare clear summaries for internal review.
• Develop and improve repeatable workflows and processes to increase efficiency.
• Use AI tools to summarize information and streamline recurring tasks.
• Handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
