Job summary

Salesforce seeks a senior Sales Leader for Agentforce in Amsterdam to define a compelling sales strategy, drive revenue growth, and lead a high-performing team. You will manage quotas, forecast accuracy and pipeline while building executive relationships with strategic customers.

Ideal candidates will have deep AI knowledge, a track record in selling complex tech solutions, and experience in cloud-based services for both B2B and B2C markets. Fluency in English is essential.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English is essential.
• A history of surpassing sales targets in a technical sales environment.
• Experience selling Integration and/or SaaS is advantageous.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to lead and scale high-performance sales teams.
• Deep understanding of AI concepts and how they apply to sales.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing sales organization.
• Define and implement a clear sales vision and strategy to exceed revenue targets.
• Manage quotas, forecast accuracy, and pipeline progression.
• Build executive relationships with key customer partners and expand strategic accounts.
• Collaborate with Product, Customer Success, Marketing and Salesforce teams for aligned execution.
• Identify new growth opportunities across industries and channels.
