This hands‑on leadership role requires 4+ years of people management, deep AI/LLM expertise, and experience with Salesforce Data Cloud and Agentforce. The position is hybrid in Amsterdam.

The role focuses on capacity planning, talent acquisition, and mentoring engineers, while driving cross‑functional pilot programs and beta rollouts with Product and Engineering teams.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of people management experience.
• Deep AI/LLM expertise with enterprise deployments.
• Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud and Agentforce.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a team of technical AI specialists deploying Agentforce solutions.
• Own capacity planning, talent acquisition, and staffing for cross-functional squads.
• Foster an inclusive, high-energy, and psychologically safe engineering culture.
• Partner with Product and Engineering on pilot programs and beta rollouts.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop Technical and Strategic Builders.
• Monitor delivery metrics and coach teams on optimization.
• Serve as final technical escalation point for portfolio.
• Unblock data readiness, tool integration, and multi-agent orchestration challenges.
• Build executive-level relationships within the customer portfolio.
• Operationally run account portfolio with engineering rigor.
• Partner with Services, Account Success, and Product teams.
