Job summary

Salesforce in Amsterdam seeks a hands-on Forward Deployed Engineer to design, deploy, and instrument enterprise-grade agentic AI solutions directly inside customer environments.

You will build real-time grounding systems, orchestrate multi-agent workflows, and integrate with Data Cloud, ERP systems, and cloud warehouses, writing production code from day one. The role requires deep AI, API mastery, and a collaborative, travel-ready ethos for on-site deployments with enterprise accounts.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of software engineering or technical delivery experience, with at least one production AI, data engineering, or enterprise integration system deployed to production.
• Solid understanding of data modeling, schema design, and asynchronous message integration patterns.
• Familiarity with automation platforms and enterprise AI/agent platforms; experience with API-led connectivity and modern agent protocols.

Responsibilities

• Design, construct, and deploy enterprise-grade AI solutions inside customer environments.
• Write production code and architect real-time data grounding systems.
• Manage multi-agent communication protocols and tool execution across agents.
• Deploy automated supply chain and back-office workflows into production from day one.
