Salesforce is seeking a dynamic Regional Vice President of Sales for EMEA North to lead the Agentforce sales team. You will drive long-term growth, nurture client relationships, and leverage AI-driven solutions to transform engagement with customers.

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading and scaling high‑performance sales teams.
• Deep understanding of AI and ML concepts and the agent platform.
• Ability to exceed sales goals in a highly technical sales environment.
• Strong executive presence and ability to build long-term senior client relationships.
• Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
• History of surpassing targets in technical sales environments.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with extensive technology sales experience.
• Experience selling Integration and/or SaaS is advantageous.
• Fluency in English is essential.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a high-performing sales organization for Agentforce in EMEA North.
• Define vision and strategy to exceed revenue targets and identify growth opportunities.
• Lead technical discovery sessions to map client challenges to Agentforce capabilities.
• Develop executive relationships with key customer partners for long-term growth.
• Identify new opportunities across industry verticals and partnerships.
• Implement forecasting, deal progression, and pipeline management using Salesforce CRM.
• Drive AI consumption and adoption sales motions within the territory.
• Collaborate with Product, CS, Marketing and other Salesforce teams for aligned execution.
