• Deep understanding of AI/ML concepts and how they apply to selling agent-based solutions.
• Proven ability to lead and scale high-performance sales teams in a fast-growth environment.
• Strong track record in exceeding sales targets within technical sales and SaaS.
• Excellent executive communication and relationship-building with senior customers.
• Experience selling integration and SaaS solutions to B2B/B2C audiences.

• Build and lead a high‑performing sales organization and attract top talent.
• Define and execute a clear vision to exceed revenue targets and identify growth opportunities across the region.
• Lead technical discovery sessions to map client challenges to Agentforce capabilities.
• Develop executive relationships with key customer partners for long-term growth.
• Identify new opportunities within industry verticals and expand strategic accounts.
• Implement forecasting, deal progression, and pipeline management using Salesforce CRM.
• Establish cadence to monitor forecast accuracy and deal progression.
