Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking a regional sales leader to build and lead a high-performing team of direct Sales Executives in the Netherlands. You will shape the GTM strategy, drive territory planning, and collaborate with field sales to close opportunities while maintaining strong executive relationships.

You will recruit, coach, and mentor top performers, own quotas, forecasts, and pipeline, and ensure alignment with partners and solutions across the business. Fluent Dutch and English are required.

Qualifications

• Experience integrating AI into work processes, decisions, or problem-solving.
• Proven track record of new business sales at C-level.
• Strong history recruiting, coaching, and leading sales teams.
• Strategic thinking with analytical and financial planning to meet quotas.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a regional team of direct Sales Executives.
• Develop and execute the regional Go-To-Market strategy.
• Engage in territory planning, relationship building, and opportunity development.
• Recruit, coach and mentor team members to drive excellence.
• Develop territories and quotas and communicate performance expectations.
