ServiceNow in Amsterdam is seeking a Solution Sales Executive to drive CRM Workflows adoption across enterprise accounts. You will lead strategic engagements with C-suite and collaborate with cross-functional teams to create new business and build long-term pipeline.

You will articulate the value of CRM Workflows, orchestrate demonstrations, manage executive relationships and close opportunities while ensuring exceptional customer outcomes in a fast-paced market.

Qualifications

• Deep experience in solution sales, preferably CRM/CX/CSM.
• 8+ years of sales experience with complex software or platforms.
• Understanding of CRM, CX or CSM processes.
• Experience integrating AI into work processes or workflows.
• Experience leading virtual or matrixed teams.
• Ability to win new business and manage C-level relationships.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsabilités

• Oversee development and growth of assigned enterprise accounts and territory.
• Develop a sales strategy with a target prospect list and regional plan.
• Engage with C-suite personas and present CRMWorkflows value.
• Collaborate with Solution Consulting to deliver demonstrations.
• Own CRM opportunities and drive revenue with core sales teams.
