Bacardi is seeking an Account Manager On-Trade to lead relationships with influential bars, restaurants, and hospitality venues across Noord-Holland. You will drive brand activations, manage budgets, and monitor performance against quarterly targets.

The role requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree with sales experience in on-trade or FMCG, plus strong networking, analytical, and presentation skills to deliver measurable growth for the Bacardi portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Build strong customer partnerships with key on-trade customers in Noord-Holland.
• Drive brand visibility and activations to boost commercial results.
• Own quarterly targets for distribution, activations, visibility, and growth.
• Manage customer contracts and budgets, ensuring ROI on marketing investments.
• Collaborate with bar owners, venue managers, marketing, finance, and digital teams.
• Help shape Bacardi’s growth in Noord-Holland.
