Bacardi is seeking an Account Manager On-Trade to be the face of the brand in Noord-Holland, partnering with bars, restaurants and hospitality venues. You will drive brand visibility, activation initiatives and commercial results while managing contracts and budgets.

Your role involves building strong customer relationships, analyzing opportunities, and coordinating with marketing, finance and digital teams to accelerate Bacardi’s growth in Noord-Holland.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master degree required.
• Experience in sales and on-trade sector or FMCG preferred.
• Proven track record of performance and delivery in fast-paced environments.
• Strong networking and interpersonal skills with customers.
• Analytical mindset with planning and time-management abilities.
• Clear communication and presentation skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Build strong partnerships with on-trade customers, understanding their business and opportunities for growth.
• Create and execute brand activations and visibility initiatives to drive Bacardi’s presence.
• Achieve quarterly targets related to distribution, activations and growth.
• Manage customer contracts and budgets to ensure strong ROI on marketing investments.
• Collaborate with bar owners, venue managers, marketing, finance and digital teams.
