Job summary

Bacardi is seeking an Account Manager On-Trade to represent our premium spirits portfolio across Noord-Holland. You will build and nurture relationships with influential bars, restaurants, and hospitality venues, driving brand experiences that delight customers and support business growth.

You will lead activations, manage budgets and contracts, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and work toward quarterly targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master degree required.
• A couple of years' sales and on-trade/FMCG experience preferred.
• Track record of performance and delivery.
• Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and nurture relationships with on-trade customers in Noord-Holland.
• Drive brand visibility and activations for Bacardi brands.
• Deliver quarterly targets related to distribution, activations and growth.
• Manage customer contracts and budgets to ensure marketing ROI.
