Ideal candidates have a degree and a track record in sales/on-trade or FMCG, with excellent networking, planning, and communication skills, and a results-driven attitude. This role is based in Noord-Holland, focusing on growth and market presence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree required; experience in sales/on-trade or FMCG preferred.
• Proven track record of performance and hunting new business.
• Strong networking, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.

• Build strong customer partnerships with key on-trade customers in Noord-Holland.
• Drive brand visibility and activation with impactful activations and initiatives.
• Deliver quarterly targets related to distribution, activations, and growth.
