Job summary

B Lab is seeking a Regional IT Support Administrator to support staff across the network from a regional hub. You will own onboarding, offboarding, and endpoint management within your region, and provide hands-on support for desk‑side technology and meeting room gear, while aligning with centralized standards and security practices.

This full-time, remote-first role requires residency in the Netherlands, Pennsylvania, or New York at start and commuting distance to Amsterdam, Philadelphia, or New

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in a support/IT admin role.
• Technical knowledge of macOS and Windows.
• Familiarity with cloud-based tools such as Google Workspace.
• Experience with mobile device management (MDM) platforms such as Jamf, Intune, or similar.
• Comfort providing remote technical support.
• Experience with device provisioning and endpoint management.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day end user support to staff across the network.
• Own onboarding, offboarding, and endpoint management within the region.
• Configure, deploy, and maintain end user devices following security practices.
• Lead regional rollout of new tools and workflows defined by central OT leadership.
• Provide training and support on new systems and security practices.
• Collaborate with central leadership to address adoption challenges.
