Job summary

DEPT® is seeking an on-site IT Support professional for our Rotterdam office. You will work four days a week locally and collaborate with the NL office management on essential meetings.

You will also participate in global IT projects and translate those initiatives to local implementations, ensuring consistent standards and smooth operations. The role focuses on onboarding/offboarding, hardware provisioning, access control, vendor management, and ongoing IT governance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in IT engineering or IT support.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, hardware, software, networking, and cloud environments.
• Advanced macOS administration and troubleshooting knowledge.
• Proficient in Windows OS, licensing basics, and IT governance.
• Excellent communication, meeting hosting, and documentation skills.
• Professional working proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site IT support for the Rotterdam office (4 days per week).
• Establish standards, documentation, and best practices for IT support.
• Ensure seamless tech setup for client meetings and internal events.
• Manage onboarding/offboarding, hardware provisioning, access, and licenses.
• Manage local vendor relationships for quality and cost-effectiveness.
• Coordinate local IT projects like office upgrades and rollouts.
• Monitor progress and report IT initiatives and metrics.
• Identify opportunities to consolidate and standardize tools and processes.
• Participate in global IT projects and translate to local implementations.
• Support development and improvement of systems with Global IT.
