Job summary

Itproposal is seeking a reliable IT Support Technician to join our onsite backfill roster in Venlo, Netherlands. You will provide on-site desktop and laptop support for enterprise clients, installing and troubleshooting Windows OS, Office 365, and basic network issues.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year in IT support, strong customer service, and the ability to work independently onsite. This Flexible, project-based role offers exposure to international environments and competitive hourly

Qualifications

• 1+ year of IT Support, Help Desk, or Desktop Support experience.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11.
• Experience supporting Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365.
• Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, LAN).
• Experience troubleshooting PCs, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently onsite.
• English communication skills (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site desktop and laptop support for end users.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows operating systems.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
• Support Microsoft Office and Office 365 applications.
• Configure printers, scanners, and other peripheral devices.
• Perform hardware replacements and equipment installations.
• Set up workstations for new employees.
• Handle basic network connectivity troubleshooting.
• Escalate complex technical issues when required.
• Document completed work accurately and professionally.
