Qualifications

• Experience providing IT support onsite with familiarity in IT processes.
• Ability to manage and resolve hardware and software issues effectively.
• Strong organizational skills to structure tasks and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Assist end users with standard office applications.
• Troubleshoot IT issues in collaboration with employees.
• Manage onboarding and off-boarding technical processes.
• Install and deploy hardware effectively using Intune.
• Monitor hardware warranties and facilitate replacements.
• Update manuals for IT processes to keep them current.

Fluency in English
