Job summary

B Lab is seeking a Regional IT Support Administrator to deliver day-to-day end user support, onboarding/offboarding, and regional device provisioning across our network. This remote-first role requires residence in the Netherlands and commuting distance to Amsterdam, Philadelphia, or New York City offices, aligning with our global operational technology strategy.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in a support/IT administrative role.
• Technical troubleshooting of macOS and Windows environments.
• Familiar with cloud-based tools such as Google Workspace.
• Experience with MDM platforms like Jamf or Intune.
• Comfort providing remote technical support and device provisioning.
• Knowledge of networking concepts and cybersecurity basics.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day end user support for staff across the network.
• Own onboarding/offboarding and endpoint device provisioning within the region.
• Configure, deploy, and maintain end user devices per central standards.
• Deliver hands-on on-site support for regional office tech needs and coordinate with vendors.
• Lead regional rollout of standardized systems and provide staff training on new tools.
