We are looking for an experienced Senior System Engineer to join our team in Amsterdam.

Visa sponsorship is NOT available for this position.

*note

As we do not have a physical office in the Netherlands, this position is mainly remote.

However, there may be occasions where on-site work at client locations is required, depending on project needs.

This role involves providing high-quality IT support and system integration services to a wide range of clients, from small businesses to large multinational organizations.

You will play a key role in both day-to-day support operations and project-based system integration.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support via phone, email, tickets, and on-site visits
• Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, servers, and networks
• Handle complex technical and non-technical issues
• Act as a technical account manager
• Perform system maintenance and operational support
• Maintain documentation and asset lists
• Manage licenses and inventory
• Monitor systems and respond to alerts
• Maintain strong customer relationships
• Manage both technical and non-technical requirements
• Design and implement IT solutions
• Perform migration and deployment
• Create technical documentation
• Conduct system assessments
• Define project scope and deliverables
• Manage risks and timelines
• Coordinate with vendors
• Ensure project completion

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in IT infrastructure support
• Strong knowledge of Windows (10/11)
• Experience with Microsoft 365
• Experience with Windows Server
• Active Directory, GPO, file sharing
• Networking knowledge (router, firewall, switch)

Preferred Qualifications
