Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced IT infrastructure professional to own and coordinate incidents, perform root cause analysis, and support major incident response across distributed teams.

You will implement infrastructure changes, monitor service availability and capacity, and contribute to knowledge sharing within the Digital & Technology organization. The role also involves collaborating with regional and global teams to ensure stable infrastructure services.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in IT infrastructure operations, infrastructure reliability, maintenance and operational support environments.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience working in an international and geographically distributed environment.
• A proactive mindset with a focus on service quality, operational excellence and continuous improvement.
