Job summary

Worklane GmbH in the Netherlands is seeking an Infrastructure Operations Engineer to manage our server and infrastructure environment across Europe, ensuring stability and security.

You will coordinate maintenance, drive automation, and collaborate with IT teams and vendors. A hands-on engineer with 5+ years in infrastructure operations and strong knowledge of Windows Server, virtualization, storage, backup, and ITIL is preferred.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in infrastructure operations or system administration.
• Experience with Windows Server, virtualization platforms, storage, and backup technologies.
• Knowledge of ITIL-based operational processes.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders across different locations.
• A proactive attitude and focus on service quality.

Infrastructure Operations Engineer

In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our server and infrastructure environment across Europe. You will help ensure operational stability, coordinate maintenance activities, and contribute to the standardization and continuous improvement of infrastructure services.

Your key responsibilities are:
