Job summary

Avendar in the Netherlands is seeking an Account Executive to build and execute our commercial strategy across the Netherlands and, over time, Europe. You will identify opportunities in government agencies, map stakeholders, and begin conversations that can grow into lasting partnerships in a high‑stakes GovTech market.

You will work closely with the founders to refine our go‑to‑market approach, maintain a rigorous pipeline, and represent Avendar with credibility from the first contact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1–4 years of relevant commercial experience (AE/BDR or similar B2B/B2G sales).
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to articulate value propositions.
• Structured, organized, and able to manage government sales cycles.
• Fluent in Dutch and English; German a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow a qualified pipeline targeting government agencies.
• Open strategic accounts by mapping decision units and entry points.
• Collaborate with founders to refine go-to-market strategy.
• Establish trust with government stakeholders in early conversations.
