Job summary

PCN Media is seeking a Senior Account Executive in The Hague, Netherlands. The ideal candidate will lead full enterprise S sales cycles for a GRC SaaS provider, engaging C-level stakeholders and building solid business cases.

Dutch language preferred; candidates from Belgium or The Netherlands with access to weekly on-site work are welcome. Based in or near The Hague, you will own RFPs end to end, manage a growing pipeline, and collaborate with product and marketing to reflect market needs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in complex B2B SaaS sales to enterprise accounts.
• Proven tenure with targets hit; two to three year stints valued.
• Experience engaging C-level stakeholders and building business cases.
• Ability to run end-to-end RFP processes independently.
• Self-starting, independent operator in a fast-paced scale-up.
• Dutch language skills preferred; exceptional candidates welcome without Dutch.
• Based in The Hague or commutable; Belgian office nearby.
• Eligible to work in NL/BE without sponsorship.
• Nice to have network in financial services or GRC; Nordic exp.

Responsibilities

• Run full enterprise sales cycles from outreach to signature (9+ month deals).
• Map and manage stakeholders up to C-level.
• Build the business case with buyer, not just a proposal.
• Own RFPs end to end with limited internal support.
• Develop new business in financial services and regulated industries.
• Forecast and maintain pipeline hygiene against targets.
• Collaborate with product and marketing for market feedback.
