Job summary

Salesforce, Inc. in the Netherlands seeks an Enterprise Corporate Sales (ECS) Account Executive to drive netherlands local government deals, from prospecting to close, with a collaborative sales model and strong support.

You’ll manage complex sales cycles, build pipelines, and engage C-level stakeholders in municipalities and provincial bodies, delivering value through ROI and customer success. Fluent Dutch and English are required; onboarding and resources are provided to accelerate your impact

Qualifications

• Extensive experience selling enterprise software solutions to large organisations.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Experience managing long, complex sales cycles and closing high-impact deals.
• Passionate about working with local government organisations in the Netherlands.
• Comfortable engaging stakeholders at all levels, including C-level executives.
• Experience selling business applications or within the Dutch local government vertical is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by selling the Salesforce portfolio into Dutch local government accounts (municipalities and provincial bodies).
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close with delivery against KPIs.
• Focus on new business development and expanding existing accounts.
• Identify key accounts and local government verticals to develop a go-to-market strategy and generate opportunities.
• Build a strong pipeline through outbound activity including cold calling and email campaigns.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and provide weekly forecasts and revenue reporting.
