Job summary

Amazon Web Services EMEA SARL, Dutch Branch is seeking an Industry Lead for Public Sector in the Netherlands. You will own the go-to-market strategy, revenue performance, and customer relationships across public sector and regulated industries, including government, healthcare, education, and semi-public organisations.

You will lead as senior sales executive and Play Coach, driving cloud adoption in mission-critical sectors.

Qualifications

• Experience in technology-related sales, business development or new business in the tech industry.
• Experience in the public sector.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the go-to-market strategy for public sector and regulated industries in the Netherlands, owning the revenue target, pipeline, and forecast for the portfolio.
• Drive strategic, large-scale customer engagements including enterprise agreements, PPAs, and sovereignty-aligned cloud adoption programmes.
• Translate ambiguous information into structured action plans and insights that accelerate regulated industry cloud adoption.
• Coach Account Managers and cross-functional teams on deal strategy, stakeholder mapping, and value proposition articulation for regulated environments
