Job summary

Octave is seeking an Implementation Consultant in Hoofddorp to bridge customer requirements with our public safety solutions. You will guide the full project lifecycle from design to deployment, collaborating with emergency services to translate needs into effective, integrated software.

Role involves configuring solutions, conducting tests, training customers, and supporting pre-sales activities. A Dutch and English proficient professional with a driver’s license is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience.
• Dutch and English language proficiency.
• Valid driving licence.
• Knowledge of databases and SQL (preferably Microsoft SQL Server).
• Knowledge of web technologies and services, Azure DevOps, JSON, XML, HTML and scripting languages.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute implementation and integration activities from design through deployment.
• Work closely with customers and partners to understand business processes and data structures.
• Configure and customize solutions to meet requirements.
• Design and implement integrations with customer systems, APIs, databases, and third-party platforms.
• Conduct and oversee testing to ensure solution quality and performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with Product and Engineering teams.
• Produce and maintain project documentation including designs and configurations.
• Deliver customer training and knowledge transfer sessions.
• Contribute to pre-sales activities, including technical scoping and demonstrations.
• Ensure adherence to service contracts and SLAs.
• Identify opportunities for service expansion and upselling.
