Job summary

Sowelo Consulting is seeking an Implementation Consultant to join our ERP delivery team in the Netherlands. You will perform post-sale technical implementations, configure systems, and ensure clients achieve their business objectives with smooth change management.

Hybrid work is offered with 2 days per week in our Breukelen office. The role requires Dutch and English fluency, strong analytical skills, and a proven ability to manage multiple ERP projects simultaneously.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2–5 years of ERP implementation experience
• Fluent in Dutch and English
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to manage several projects concurrently and stay organized

Responsibilities

• Perform post-sale initial technical implementation of ERP technology products
• Execute installation, upgrades, testing, and system configuration to complete projects
• Consult with clients to analyze operational needs and business objectives
• Track progress of projects and ensure deadlines are met
• Keep customers and stakeholders informed of project progress
• Apply, test, and reconfigure data rules to produce required results
• Facilitate problem research, isolation, and resolution for change events
• Contribute to developing standardized solutions for customers
• Escalate events when outside scope
• Own support instances involving partners and clients
• Work with third parties, consultants, VARs, and providers
• Handle complex, high-impact work
• Maintain industry knowledge and be aware of ERP updates
