Job summary

Medtronic in Heerlen, Netherlands seeks a Business Process Improvement Analyst to drive operational excellence across global service and repair ops. You will analyze processes, govern master data, and partner with IT, Supply Chain, Finance, and Master Data teams to deliver practical, scalable improvements.

The role emphasizes data accuracy, implementing system enhancements, and supporting UAT as part of continuous improvement for high-quality global support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, operational support, or related business operations roles.
• Experience investigating business processes, systems, or data issues and driving issue resolution.
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements and supporting cross-functional projects.
• Experience supporting testing activities, including UAT and validation of process or system changes.
• Professional proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Analyze operational processes, workflows, and system issues to identify root causes and implement sustainable solutions.
• Support business users by triaging operational and data-related issues, coordinating resolutions, and providing status updates.
• Partner with IT, Service and Repair Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and Master Data teams to resolve business process challenges.
• Monitor and maintain service and repair master data to improve accuracy, consistency, and compliance with established standards.
• Support system enhancements, defect resolutions, and implementation activities, including UAT.
• Gather, document, and translate business requirements into actionable recommendations for technical and functional teams.
• Develop process documentation, knowledge articles, and best practices to improve support efficiency and knowledge sharing.
• Analyze operational data and trends to identify improvement opportunities and support continuous improvement initiatives.
