Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in export-related customer care/service, order management or logistics.
• Fluent in English language in word and writing.
• HBO level thinking and problem-solving mindset.
• Pro-active communication with stakeholders across regions.
• Strong data and KPI-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Be the first contact for inquiries from Distribution Centers across regions.
• Enable smooth order and shipment processes for stock transfer orders.
• Create and monitor stock transfer orders and deliveries in ERP systems (SAP).
• Provide daily/weekly updates on open orders, deliveries and shipments.
• Follow up on service complaints with root-cause investigation and timely resolution.
• Coordinate issues with other teams and drive process improvements.
• Attend regular stakeholder calls to discuss processes and agreements.
