Job summary

Medtronic in the Netherlands seeks a Senior Financial Analyst - Service & Repair EMEA to partner with leadership, deliver data driven insights, support margin optimization, and drive the digital finance agenda across the region. This role ensures accurate financial results, guides decision-making, and collaborates with senior leaders to create long-term value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting with FP&A support experience.
• Fluent English with strong communication and influencing skills.
• Advanced Excel, Power Query, Power BI familiarity and data-driven mindset.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and month-end close processes.
• Ability to partner with senior leaders and drive cross-functional projects.

Responsibilities

• Support core FP&A processes including the Annual Operating Plan, Strategic Plan, and recurring forecast cycles.
• Partner with OU FP&A teams to align analysis and reporting, manage calendars and timelines, support ad-hoc requests and projects as directed, and collaborate on reporting mechanisms and calendar timelines.
• Participate in month-end close activities, including journals, reconciliations, and supporting schedules.
• Prepare and deliver executive level presentations for monthly operating reviews, quarterly business reviews, and ad hoc leadership updates.
• Ensure compliance with financial governance, internal controls, and reporting standards across regions.
• Serve as the finance partner to the EMEA Service & Repair leadership team, providing insights into cost, margins and productivity.
• Participate in or lead cross functional projects and initiatives, ensuring delivery in line with organizational standards.
• Apply a process improvement mindset and put innovative ways to drive efficiency into practice.
• Leverage available technology such as OneStream, Power BI, Copilot, and AI to establish operating mechanisms, share best practices across the broader team, and drive continuous improvement in financial processes, reporting, and analytical tools.
