The Business Process Improvement Analyst within the Service and Repair, Technical Enablement Operational and Master Data Support Team is responsible for driving operational excellence, improving process efficiency, and ensuring data accuracy and consistency across global service and repair operations. This role partners closely with cross‑functional stakeholders to analyze business processes, identify root causes of issues, and implement practical solutions that enhance service performance, support scalability, and strengthen master data governance. The analyst uses data‑driven insights to monitor trends, improve workflows, support system enhancements, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enable high‑quality global support. The Business Process Improvement Analyst supports global Service and Repair operations through process analysis, issue resolution, data governance, and continuous improvement initiatives. This role works across functional and regional teams to investigate operational challenges, support system enhancements, improve data quality, and deliver solutions that increase efficiency, consistency, and business performance.
