Job summary

Medtronic seeks a Customer Care Operations Expert to support end-to-end Offer-to-Cash across Western Europe. You will ensure accurate, compliant execution while delivering outstanding customer experience and collaborating with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, Logistics and Quality.

Based near Heerlen, the role offers a hybrid work model with at least three office days per week and opportunities to drive standardization, digitalization and process improvements across brands and markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience in Customer Care, Order Management, Sales Support, Operations or similar environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in French & English.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary operational contact for customers and partners.
• Manage end-to-end Offer-to-Cash process with accuracy and compliance.
• Resolve inquiries with a first-time-right mindset to minimize rework.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, Logistics and Quality.
