Job summary

Medtronic, a global leader in healthcare technology, seeks a Sr. Process Compliance Specialist for its Service & Repair (S&R) EMEA organization.

Based in Heerlen, Netherlands, this role advances regional compliance with 2 days on-site, contributing to high-quality, compliant services. You will drive process improvements, serve as SME for compliance activities, support audits and inspections, and report to EMEA management to ensure effective compliance across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of relevant experience in Quality, Compliance, or Process Improvement.
• Master’s degree with 2+ years of relevant experience in Quality, Compliance, or Process Improvement.

Responsibilities

• Ensure ongoing compliance of the S&R EMEA Organization to requirements from quality standards, regulations and policies.
• Facilitate Compliance Management reviews and provide data to evaluate adequacy of compliance programs.
• Monitor compliance metrics and identify improvement opportunities; drive CAPAs and change controls as needed.
• Act as a Compliance SME and support audit/inspection readiness and resolutions.
