Job summary

Medtronic in the Netherlands seeks a Senior Financial Analyst for Service & Repair EMEA to drive FP&A analyses, reporting, and leadership-facing insights. You will partner with cross-functional teams, support planning cycles, and help optimize margins and productivity while leveraging digital finance tools.

You will translate complex data into clear stories for senior stakeholders and contribute to continuous improvement across financial processes in a dynamic, matrixed environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting with 4+ years in FP&A.
• Fluent in English.
• Strong data analysis skills and ability to partner with senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Support FP&A processes including planning, forecasting and monthly close.
• Partner with OU FP&A teams; manage calendars, ad-hoc requests and reporting.
• Deliver executive level presentations for reviews and leadership updates.
• Provide cost/margin insights and drive process improvements with cross-functional teams.
