Job summary

EMW, Inc. in The Hague, NL, seeks a Process Development Manager to support Quality and Risk Management by creating dashboards and process designs. The role requires active NATO SECRET clearance, strong skills in process measurement and KPI definition, and proficiency with SharePoint and MS Office tools.

The position is full-time and on-site at the Hague, with potential travel to NATO sites. Start date is 2 November 2026 and contract end is 31 December 2026.

Qualifications

• Currently active NATO SECRET security clearance is required.
• Experience in process design, optimization and measurement with KPIs.
• Knowledge of SharePoint design and content management.
• Proficiency in MS Word template management and MS Excel data handling.
• Experience with workflow automation tools and VBA is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain dashboards for process performance management.
• Support process owners with the design of processes.
• Create, maintain and manage Microsoft Office Templates and content on SharePoint sites.
• Measure and report on agency quality metrics and KPIs.
• Perform other duties as required.
