Job summary

Wlgroup, a multinational defence organisation, is seeking a process and dashboard designer based in Den Haag. You will build and maintain dashboards that reveal process performance and partner with process owners to design robust workflows.

You will automate repetitive tasks with Python or React, manage SharePoint templates and sites, and measure quality metrics and KPIs to drive improvement across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and optimising processes, not only documenting them.
• Define critical success factors and KPIs, and keep them honest.
• Some coding ability to automate tasks: Python, React or similar.
• SharePoint design privileges: lists, libraries, attributes, and site content.
• Administration and customisation of SharePoint 2013 and 2019.
• Working knowledge of quality tools and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
• Nice to have: SharePoint Designer workflows and VBA/Access knowledge.

Job description

Large organisations are held together by their processes, and by whether anyone can see how those processes are performing. A multinational defence organisation is looking for the person who designs both: the process itself, and the dashboard that makes its performance visible.

What you would be doing

• Building and maintaining the dashboards that show how processes are performing across the organisation.
• Sitting with process owners and helping them design the process properly in the first place.
• Creating, maintaining and managing the document templates everyone else works in.
• Running content management for the SharePoint sites the quality office owns.
• Measuring and reporting the organisation's quality metrics and key performance indicators.

What you would bring

• Real experience of designing and optimising processes, not only documenting them.
• Process measurement and monitoring — defining critical success factors and key performance indicators, then keeping them honest.
• Enough coding to automate your own work: Python, React or similar.
• SharePoint at design-privilege level — creating lists, setting up libraries, defining attributes, maintaining site pages and content.
• Administration and customisation of SharePoint 2013 and 2019.
• Working knowledge of quality tools.
• Strong Microsoft Office hands: Word template management, reformatting, macros and styles; Excel pivot tables, charts and data work; PowerPoint templates; Visio.
• Nice to have: workflow automation such as SharePoint Designer, custom site pages, layouts and third-party form designers, quality assurance and quality control practice, VBA and Access.
