Job summary

EMW in The Hague (NL) seeks a Process Development Manager to join the Chief Quality Office on-site. You will design, implement and maintain processes, build dashboards for process performance, and support process owners to ensure efficient and compliant operations.

The role requires a NATO SECRET clearance, strong SharePoint design/administration skills (2013/2019), and advanced MS Office expertise (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio). Some travel to Brussels and SHAPE may be necessary.

Qualifications

• Active NATO SECRET clearance required.
• Experience designing and optimizing business processes.
• Ability to define and monitor critical success factors and KPIs.
• SharePoint design and administration skills.
• MS Office suite proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain dashboard for process performance management.
• Support process owners with the design of processes.
• Create, maintain and manage Microsoft Office Templates.
• Content Management for SharePoint sites under CQO control.
• Measures and reports on Agency quality metrics and KPIs.
• Performs other duties as required.
