Job summary

Workiva is seeking a Lead Solution Success Manager for Platform & Emerging Solutions in Amsterdam. You will bridge platform capabilities and customer value, accelerating time to value by enabling scalable adoption programs and guiding customers along their maturity journey.

You will shape internal playbooks, collaborate with Product and Engineering, and develop training content to empower CSMs and drive self-service adoption while improving solution health across global accounts.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience in a technical, business, or related field.
• 6+ years of progressive experience in a specialised, customer-facing technical role.
• Track record of creating and delivering technical training content.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic solution alignment & governance.
• Design and deliver one-to-many enablement programs.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to identify friction points and advocate for platform improvements.
• Collaborate to advise on scalable expertise, tools, and best practices for CSMs and digital channels.
• Develop internal training and enablement content to empower the broader team.
