Job summary

Workiva is seeking a Customer Success Manager in Amsterdam to be the primary post-sale contact, driving adoption and ROI for named accounts. You will collaborate with Services, Support, Marketing, and Sales to onboard, train, and support customers throughout their journey.

The role emphasizes building multi-level relationships, identifying growth opportunities, managing renewals, and guiding customers to maximize value from the Workiva Platform. Travel up to 10% is expected.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of experience and education.
• 2 years of related experience in Customer Success, Customer Service, Account Management or Sales.
• Experience with SaaS applications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive customer adoption of Workiva solutions.
• Ensure continuous ROI to customers.
• Consult on best practices and business reviews.
• Develop relationships across customer organizations.
• Identify risks and escalate for resolution.
• Collaborate with Sales, Services, Marketing, Product, and Engineering.
