Job summary

Workiva is seeking Customer Success Managers (CSMs) to be the primary post-sales contact for named accounts, driving adoption of the Workiva Platform and maximizing ROI. You will build strong relationships with management and stakeholders, coordinating with Services, Support, Marketing and Sales to onboard, train, and support customers throughout their journey.

Minimum qualifications include a bachelor’s degree and 2 years in Customer Success, account management or related fields.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent; advanced degree may be considered in lieu of experience.
• 2+ years of related experience (Customer Success, Customer Service, Account Management or Sales).

Responsibilities

• Drive customer adoption of Workiva solutions.
• Ensure continuous ROI to customers.
• Consult on best practices, workflows, and management business reviews.
• Develop relationships throughout customer organizations.
• Identify risks within named accounts and manage to resolution.
• Advocate for customers to internal teams and drive feedback loops.
