Job summary

Workwize is seeking a Customer Success Manager to own the complete customer lifecycle, from delivery through adoption and renewal. You will build strong client relationships, drive expansion opportunities, and collaborate across teams to optimize processes.

The role requires a client-focused, data-driven mindset and excellent English communication. Ideal candidates have 4+ years in SaaS client-facing roles, proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel, and experience with CRM systems like HubSpot.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a client-facing role, preferably SaaS.
• Commercially driven with strong value-based conversations.
• Excellent English, both written and verbal, at business level.

Responsibilities

• Own the complete customer lifecycle from delivery to renewal.
• Strengthen relationships through proactive engagement and adoption.
• Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and drive revenue growth.
• Leverage data to guide value-driven discussions with clients.
