Job summary

EVENTIM Benelux in Amsterdam is offering an internship in the People & Talent team. You will own parts of the recruitment process for interns joining in early 2027, from profiling with hiring managers to screening applications and interviewing.

You will learn Workday and Leapsome, handle candidate experience, draft employment documents, and help improve processes. The role includes an internship allowance, a laptop, and the chance to work in an international company.

Qualifications

• You are pursuing an HBO or WO programme.
• You are available from January or February 2027 for five months.
• You are based in or around Amsterdam or can commute to the city centre office.
• Interest in HR management and recruitment processes.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end recruitment process for interns joining in early 2027.
• Screen applications and conduct interviews to find the right talent.
• Engage with candidates to ensure a positive experience throughout the process.
• Learn and use people systems like Workday and Leapsome.
• Draft employment documents and support the team with process improvements.
