Job summary

The Social Hub in Amsterdam is offering a Talent Acquisition Intern position for 5–6 months starting Jan/Feb 2027. You’ll support recruiters and hiring managers, help with our intern program, and keep the ATS up to date for a seamless candidate experience.

Ideal candidates are university students in HRM, Psychology, Business Administration or Economics who enjoy data, insights, and working in a fast-paced, international hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Currently a university student in HRM, psychology, business administration or economics.
• Strong organisational skills and extreme attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Proficiency with MS Office and web-based tools.

Responsibilities

• Support recruiters and hiring managers across the recruitment cycle.
• Collaborate with Learning & Development, Culture & Engagement, and People Operations on the intern programme.
• Keep ATS and other documents up to date.
• Stay calm and find quick solutions when plans change.
• Manage the team's shared inbox.
