Job summary

Richemont is seeking a highly motivated TA Intern to join our Talent Acquisition team in Amsterdam for a 6‑month internship starting February 2027. You will work across the TA function, learning full cycle recruitment, candidate relationship management, and pipeline development within a true international organisation.

Based in Amsterdam, you will be trained in procedures and tools, including Workday, and contribute to inclusive sourcing across the European region.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in a university program for the entire duration of the internship.
• Fluent in English; German and/or Italian are a plus.
• Experience with Workday or similar recruitment systems is advantageous.
• Interest in Talent Acquisition and building talent networks.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the TA community to understand full-cycle Talent Acquisition processes.
• Support partners and the business in building strong talent pipelines across Europe.
• Receive comprehensive training on procedures, tools and practices.
• Learn headhunting methods and manage candidate relationships professionally.
• Apply a DEI lens to talent activities to ensure inclusive recruitment.
• Assist TA experts with future business needs and school/university initiatives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Working together with our TA community, you will learn how a full cycle Talent Acquisition process works.
• Not only locally rooted, but as a part of the bigger TA community, you will have chances to collaborate, interact and support various TA Partners and the business in building strong pipelines of future talent.
• You will have complete training in terms of procedures, tools and practices.
• You will learn the crucial methods and ways of headhunting effectively and managing candidate relationships, increasing our talent networks while being a stellar representative of our organization.
• You will be trained in applying a D&I lens to all our talent activities, ensuring we find exceptional talent regardless of their immediate background/industry and other factors that can introduce bias.
• You are supporting our TA experts in increasing their talent pools, working on future business needs and anticipating coming roles.
• You will support with University & School initiatives where needed.

• Languages: Fluent in English, German and/or Italian.
• Curiosity: Leads the investigation to find the right profiles, is good at learning about industries, market, technology.
• Organization: Can orchestrate multiple activities at once. Uses resources / data efficiently.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable working with digital tools and recruitment systems such as Workday, with an interest in learning new technologies.
• People Agile: Empathetic, an active listener and confident in identifying and engaging talent.
• Driven & Results-Oriented: Perseverant, target-focused and able to engage and convince passive candidates, even when facing setbacks.
• Innovative & Curious: Thinks outside the box and is eager to continuously learn and develop new search skills.
