PCN, a boutique recruitment firm in Amsterdam, is seeking a driven person to own People & Operations. You’ll handle onboarding, payroll, invoices, office operations and contribute to recruitment for PCN itself.

You’ll work closely with the CEO, enjoy an office-first setup, and benefit from a four-day week, lunches with the team, and regular events as PCN continues to grow in fintech and payments.

Formación

• Experience in an HR or operations role.
• Fluent in English and Dutch.
• Able to handle confidential information with care.

Responsabilidades

• Own People & Operations at PCN, from onboarding to offboarding.
• Run monthly payroll and expenses, manage invoices and contracts.
• Maintain office operations, suppliers and systems for smooth work.
• Support recruitment for PCN itself, ~10–15% of time.
• Partner with the CEO and improve processes with fresh eyes.
