PassiveLogic, based in Amsterdam, seeks a People Operations Specialist to shape daily experiences for the Amsterdam team. You’ll work with the Operations Manager to ensure smooth office operations, payroll support, and an engaging people-centric environment.

You bring 2+ years in HR/PeopleOps/Admin, stellar communication, and a collaborative, proactive mindset to own processes and drive positive change in a fast-growing startup.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in HR, PeopleOps, or Admin roles.
• Exceptional communication skills with ability to connect across teams and languages.
• Organized and strategic; proficient in Office Package, Excel/Numbers, Box, MacOS.
• Collaborative mindset; proactive in owning processes and leading direction.
• Adaptable to fast-paced startup environments; eager to learn and iterate.
• Strong problem solving; able to drive solutions and improvements.

Responsibilities

• Culture & Team Experience: plan events, celebrations, volunteering days, and off-sites; support engagement initiatives.
• Admin Support & Finances: payroll support, holidays, reimbursements, pension, benefits; manage travel and invoices.
• Documentation & Processes: maintain internal PeopleOps docs and workflows.
• Office & Workplace Management: manage supplies, mail, and a well-organized office environment.
